Alia Atelier accepts return requests only for damaged or defective items. The policy below outlines the exact return window, condition requirements, and delivery-charge treatment.

Core Return Conditions

These are the primary rules currently applied to return requests for Alia Atelier orders.

Defective or damaged items only

Return requests are accepted only when the delivered product is defective, damaged, or received in the wrong condition.

Request within 24–48 hours

Customers must report the issue within 24 to 48 hours after delivery so the support team can verify the case quickly.

Unused and original condition

Returned items must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

Delivery charge is non-refundable

Shipping or delivery fees paid at the time of purchase are not refunded during approved return handling.

Important Notes

Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size choice, or general preference issues unless the delivered item is defective.

Items that show signs of use, damage after delivery, or missing original packaging may be rejected during review.

Any exchange or replacement approval remains subject to stock availability at the time the case is processed.
